Support
Inuk understands that supporting customers, both the technical teams of our customers and their own end-user consumers, is a critical element of the Freewire proposition.
A bespoke support package is developed for each customer depending on their market and their own existing support infrastructure, and will typically include the following:
- Training for customer support teams and helpdesks
- Pre and post-sales support to assist in the planning and design of local delivery systems
- Consumer helpdesk to provide assistance to end-users of the Freewire services
- Technical helpdesk to provide assistance to customer existing technical support teams, either for system issues or in-direct end-user support
- Documentation for end-users including "QuickStart" guides, user manuals and web material
- Customer access to Freewire backend monitoring and reporting systems
